All returns must be notified and acknowledged by The Birla Center and the item returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Customer – Online Palmistry Store - 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our products purchased at the Palmistry Online Store, you may return them in resalable condition within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund (not including shipping and handling costs). This applies to all customers except those purchasing the Palmistry Telephone Consultation & the Interactive Karmic Analysis.

When returning merchandise, it is necessary to include the invoice number or order number to receive full credit. If the merchandise is returned without this information, the refund will not be processed until the invoice number or order number is received.

On receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, a refund will be given within 7 days of receipt of the item if it is in resalable condition with the original packaging. If the item is found not to be in resalable condition, you will be notified by one of our representatives also within 7 days of receipt.

Damaged Materials

Notify us immediately upon receipt of materials if you receive damaged merchandise.  Damaged materials cannot be replaced if notification is not received within 2 weeks of the shipping date. A replacement of the item will be sent within 7 days of receipt of the returned damaged item.

A no refund policy is in effect for the online purchase of the 16 Page Karmic Analyses.

Customer – Palmistry Telephone Consultation

Once a telephone consultation has been purchased a No Refund Policy is in effect. If you need to reschedule your consultation, please advise us 24 hours before your appointment. Please call Toll Free1-866-428-3799, or Email Customer Service. Please include your order number on any emails. If you fail to notify us within 24 hours of your appointment and we are unable to reach you, you will be charged the full amount of your consultation. This policy applies to all appointments including those to be paid with Gift Cards.
